Price increase as of 1 January 2023

Dear business partners,

Last year, TROX HESCO launched a values campaign based on five key values: trust, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability.

These values lie at the heart of our corporate actions – both internal and external. In the past we have always shown ourselves to be a safe and reliable partner whose quality you can rely on at all times. Of course, we want things to stay this way, and we will do everything in our power to ensure the greatest possible security of supply for your projects.

The vast shortage of materials and components, as well as soaring energy and logistics costs, have had a huge effect on our costs. In addition, trade restrictions are creating further unpredictable challenges. We are doing our best to tackle these challenges in the interest of maximum security of supply, so that you can continue to implement your projects successfully with TROX products in these difficult times. 

Due to cost developments, we are forced to raise our gross prices by 2% as of 1 January 2023. We will also add a surcharge of 1.7% for energy and raw materials to the net amount (excluding VAT). Any orders we receive by 16 December 2022 will be delivered with our current conditions. Orders we receive after 16 December 2022 will be subject to the adjusted prices. Please take this increase into account in your offers.

We know that this step is unwelcome to all sides, but we hope you understand its necessity.
