Prices on the global raw materials market have risen considerably in recent months. This has also affected the prices of iron ore and coal, which are needed for the production of steel products.
The reason for the strong price increase is a shortage of supply and increased demand at the same time. The booming economy in the Far East (especially China) is consuming the steel produced in its own country and Europe is not in a position to meet the demand.
Unfortunately, the current signs do not point to a rapid recovery, which prompts us to increase prices by 4.8% as of 1st July 2021.
Please take the price adjustment into account in your offers.
